WisPark – Village of Pleasant Prairie

Increased commercial and industrial development adjacent to I-94 created the need for Pleasant Prairie to provide sewer and water utilities throughout the Village.  Crispell-Snyder, Inc. provided facilities planning and design of these public utilities to help the Village meet its current and future sewer and water demands.  Because of the magnitude of the project, the Village elected to construct it in phases over several years.

Special consideration was given to the highly sensitive natural environmental areas located in the Chiwaukee Prairie and the Des Plaines River basin during the planning and design phases of the project. Village residents have benefited from the improved quality of life offered by municipal utilities and from the development of a strong commercial and industrial base.
