Parcel Data – Village of Cleveland

At this time, Manitowoc County does not have GIS parcel data for its cities or villages. The Village hired Crispell-Snyder to build its base parcel data to obtain the mapping accuracy it needed for community planning and decision-making tools utilizing GIS.

The parcel layer is being built completely using ESRI ArcGIS 8.3 desktop "out of the box" tools and the Geodatabase. Using a combination of hard-copy paper maps and legal descriptions, the base data is built as a layer that will allow the Village to expand its use of community information by adding layers of data to it.
