Industrial Park – Village of Oostburg

The Village of Oostburg created a T.I.F. district to maximize the community's location benefits and provide areas for controlled industrial and business growth along the I-43 corridor. Navigable and non-navigable stream relocations, wetland scrapes and enhancements, local and State agency permitting, utility easements, projected traffic volumes and water use demands were all considered and incorporated into the design of the site.

Crispell-Snyder, Inc. designed approximately $4.0 million in infrastructure improvements for the entire 86-acre development.
