Hunter's Crossing – Village of Grafton

Crispell-Snyder designed plans for a 40-acre residential subdivision in the Village of Grafton, developed by Schmidt Realty. The design of the single and multi-family development incorporated 5,000 feet of utility and road work and site grading.

To enhance water quality and provide sufficient erosion control, the site design incorporated a 3-acre wet detention basin, a temporary sediment basin, a forebay and a planting plan for pond restoration. Village and WDNR reviews and approvals were completed in June of 1999 with construction completion in 2000.
