Highland Drive Reconstruction – Village of Kohler
The reconstruction of Highland Drive involved close coordination between local businesses, local residents, Village officials and the Union Pacific Railroad. Crispell-Snyder's redesign of Highland Drive covered 2,500 feet of roadway, which involved many considerations due to the high traffic volumes and the railroad crossing which was included in the reconstruction area. Crispell-Snyder coordinated a number of meetings with the Kohler Company's engineering representatives, Union Pacific Railroad representatives, the Village of Kohler and Kohler residents. Highland Drive was successfully reconstructed in multiple phase, for access continuity during construction, in 1999. |
