Crispell-Snyder, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Ann-Perry Witmer, PE, LEED AP BD+C to Project Manager, effective January 1, 2011.  Since joining Crispell-Snyder, Ann has been involved in the design and coordination of environmental system projects including a water tower in Baraboo; water system improvements in Waukesha, Jefferson, and Berlin; and water system modeling for municipal clients.  Ann has served in leadership of the Wisconsin Water Association as trustee and committee chair and has presented at numerous conferences.  Her passion for helping others has taken her to remote international areas where she has designed and constructed life-saving water improvements. In her new role, Ann will continue to manage and market water projects throughout Wisconsin and Illinois.
