Crispell-Snyder is proud to reintroduce you to Jennifer O’Leary, ASLA, LEED AP, who recently rejoined our staff as a senior urban and landscape designer.

Her more than 17 years of experience in landscape architecture and planning covers context sensitive design as well as planning for parks; academic, institutional, and governmental campuses; and streetscape design. She provides all aspects of landscape architectural design services including schematic and conceptual design, construction documentation and administration, and cost estimate and specification preparation. 
Her planning expertise includes land use, master planning, outdoor recreation, and residential and mixed-use development planning. 

She also provides wetland boundary delineation services and native plant surveys.

Rick Johnson recently joined Crispell-Snyder’s Germantown office as a construction inspector. He was a utility manager for New Berlin Water and Wastewater Utilities.

Gary Lousberg also recently joined our Germantown team as a construction inspector. He has more than 30 years of experience in the field. For the past six years, he ran his own staking business in Mayville.

Crispell-Snyder will soon welcome Benjamin Brasser as a transportation engineering intern in our Madison office. He is a civil engineering student at the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
